What is LASU?

LASU is a luxury body care brand rooted in West African heritage. Our name is inspired by the Ga word for smoke — a nod to the rituals, warmth, and beauty traditions of Ghana. We craft products that linger, just like the scents we love.

Are your products natural?

Our products are thoughtfully formulated with high-quality ingredients, including shea butter and baobab oil sourced from Ghana. While many of our ingredients are naturally derived, our products are not marketed as 100% natural. We carefully select each ingredient for its quality, performance, and the luxurious experience it provides.

Where do you source your Shea butter?

Our Shea butter is sourced directly from Ghana, raw and unrefined, to preserve its full nourishing properties. Supporting Ghanaian producers is central to who we are.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Our products are formulated to be gentle and nourishing for all skin types. If you have specific sensitivities or allergies, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list on each product page before purchasing.

Are LASU products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all LASU products are vegan & cruelty-free.

Where are your products manufactured?

In Dallas, TX, our products are thoughtfully handcrafted in small-sized batches to maintain quality, freshness, and consistency. Each formula is carefully prepared using raw Ghanaian Shea butter, botanical oils, and premium fragrance blends, with close attention given to every step of the process.

What is your return policy?

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us at support@lasucollection.com with a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery.

Can I exchange a product?

We accept exchanges only if you received the wrong item or a product that arrived damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

Orders & Shipping

When will I get my order?

We ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Domestic (US) orders typically arrive once dispatched within 3–8 business days with standard shipping. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

No, not currently. We hope to serve all luxury body care lovers worldwide in the near future.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at support@lasucollection.com if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate you before the order ships.

Summer Shipping & Melting

What do I do if my products show up melted?

Don’t panic! Because our products are crafted with 100% natural, unrefined plant butters and oils without any synthetic chemical stabilizers, they can soften or melt during hot summer transit.

Here is exactly how to restore them based on what you ordered:

  • Body Frost: Keep the jar sealed and place it straight into the refrigerator for 20 minutes. It will solidify into a gorgeous, highly concentrated body balm.
  • Body Veil: Keep the container flat and level, then place it in the fridge for 15 minutes to reset its smooth, solid glide.
  • Body Polish: If the natural oils have separated and risen to the top, let the jar cool to room temperature, then give it a thorough stir with a clean spoon to blend the sugar and oils back together.
Are the products ruined if they melt?

Absolutely not. Heat does not change or harm the incredible skin-nourishing vitamins, antioxidants, and omega fatty acids inside our ingredients. Your skin still receives 100% of the premium benefits!

Why don’t you use ingredients that prevent melting?

We refuse to compromise on skin health. Many mass-market brands use synthetic chemical hardeners, heavy waxes, and petroleum stabilizers to keep products solid in hot trucks. These ingredients leave a suffocating, plastic-like film on your skin. We choose to give you pure, raw, breathable skin nutrition instead.

Can I get a refund or replacement if my item arrives melted?

We do not issue refunds or replacements for naturally melted products during the summer months. Melting is a completely normal physical reaction of raw plant oils to warm weather and is not a defect. By purchasing during the summer, you agree to follow our simple "chill or stir" steps to restore your items.
