Refund policy

At LASU, we take pride in providing high-quality self-care products. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we maintain strict return guidelines to ensure the safety and integrity of every order.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and untampered with.
  • The plastic wrap/seal must remain fully intact and must not be torn, opened, or removed.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or had its tamper-evident seal removed.

How to Request a Return

To start a return request, please email us at: support@lasucollection.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Photos showing the tamper-evident seal is intact

Once we review your request, we will notify you whether your return has been approved and provide further instructions if applicable.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@lasucollection.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For approved returns not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders may already be processing or shipped and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation or modification.

To request a cancellation or address change, contact us as soon as possible at support@lasucollection.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken or removed tamper-evident seals
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, email us at support@lasucolletion.com and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.
