Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with LASU! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 7 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is ready, we try to drop it off at the post office every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Please note that processing times may be extended during:
- New product launches
- Sales or promotional periods
- Holidays
- Business travel
- High order volume periods
We will always communicate any temporary changes to processing times on our website and social media in advance whenever possible.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order subtotal and will be displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed. We may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping during select promotions. Promotional shipping offers are available for a limited time and may be changed or discounted without notice.
Estimated delivery times:
- U.S. Orders: 3–8 business days after shipment
- International Orders: N/A
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
We currently DO NOT ship to international destinations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order. Double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, LASU is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first
- Then contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and products
- Any relevant details regarding the issue
We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
